Cuvette Holder

Areas of application: measurements of the transmission, absorption and fluorescence of liquid or powder substances in VIS-NIR / UV-VIS-NIR
The holder of the cuvette is a compact device designed for spectrometric measurements of the transmission, absorption and fluorescence of liquid or powder substances. The largest cuvette sizes correspond to the maximum length of the optical path of 10 mm.

Measurement of transmission and absorption is carried out in mode of light transmission, and the fluorescence is recorded at an angle of 90 °. The holder of the cuvette is equipped with three optical collimators with SMA-905 connectors. This allows to minimize the loss when registering optical signal with a spectrophotometer. The holder contains a filters slot, the total thickness of them should not exceed 5 mm.
Main features of the cuvette holder:
- spectral working range 350-2000 nm or 200-2600 nm;
- the maximum length of the optical path of cuvette 10 mm;
- equipped with three optical collimators and SMA-905 connectors;
- contains a filters slot.

** For efficient transmission of the optical signal it is recommended to use optic fiber with a core diameter of at least 1000 μm.
