
Areas of application: measurements of the transmission, absorption and fluorescence of solids in VIS-NIR / UV-VIS-NIR .
Measurement of transmission and absorption is carried out in mode of light transmission. Fluorescence registration can take place in the mode of light transmission, as well as from the surface of the sample, that the excitation signal. The holder of solid-state samples is equipped with three optical collimators with SMA-905 connectors. This allows to minimize of optical signal losses when registering with a spectrophotometer. The investigated sample is in a closed cell. Therefore, external scattered light does not affect the results of the experiment. The sample holder may be equipped with a heating device. This will allow the research of solid-state samples in the range from room temperature to 100 °C.
