MicrOptik’s SCS-5000 is used to determine the main parameters of cement slurries, namely as characteristics of the curing (time, conditional ode-SIC consistency (Bearden units), the content of free water, viscosity, rheological properties, yield and other properties, the definition of which requires conditioning.
MicrOptik’s SCS-5000 consists of a bath for the working fluid, containers for cement mortar, billed device, duct, electric engine, potentiometer with a spiral spring for measuring consistency, heating system, thermocouple and cooling systems for household water supply.
In General, devices of this model series have simple structures and use 95% of non-ferrous metals, use of reliable and economical components also.
